Who I Am
Bodywork is a passion for me and has been ever since I took my first massage class and bought my first massage table in 1996. I started out working on friends and family and in 2002 enrolled at TMCC to take classes and complete the massage program.
Understanding that the human body is a complex interconnected web, I like to use a diverse variety of massage modalities in my treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, hot stone and cupping. I’ve also studied and utilize muscle-energy techniques to increase range of motion, positional-release techniques to reduce pain and neuromuscular techniques such as myofascial trigger point release.
I consider it a privilege to be allowed to work on the human body. To gain the confidence and trust of an individual, and to use the tools and knowledge I possess to improve that person's wellbeing is a great compliment to me. It's my way of giving back to the human experience.
